People come from the world over to goggle at some tower in Italy just because it leans a little to one side. Curiously they don’t come to Walsden to view the Leaning Terraced Houses but when word gets out they will. Just give them time.
You can find the houses just up the Rochdale Road a bit from the station and on the same side; get there before the crowds do. The other major tourist attraction is Grandma Pollard’s fish and chip shop which is just across the road from the station. If you’re feeling flash, you can park your bike up round the back and dine in the cafe.
